The challenge
One of the biggest challenges before using Beyond Transport was dispatch organization and performance tracking. Another thing that Beyond really helped with is the payroll process, now it's a lot easier/quicker.
The result
It made it easy for me to pull up statistics and see how my trucks/dispatchers are doing on daily/weekly basis. There is also a lot less issues with billing the customers and collecting BOL's from the driver as they can't get dispatched on the next load until its submitted.

If you are looking for a very easy TMS, that will make your work much easier, this is great choice. Everything is in one place, drivers upload BOLs directly in the app, accounting only has to click to approve, and it will be sent for payment right away. So easy. Also its easy to follow up with DOT inspections, expiring plates or CDLs, all in one.
